Did you make the spur gear stock or buy it?
Another comment since I just looked back at your intro. 5mm gauge? Which motor will you use?
in reply, the spur stock was purchased, the motor is a 6mm g15 motor, there a cheap 3v pager motor with a reduction gearbox.

hi all, i have been making axles these week. they are turned from brass. For those that need it a gear pressed on and soldered in place. the gear is cut from spur gear stock. hope to have a rolling chassie soon.
